Wild Garlic Mustard Dressing

While taking a stroll in the forest, I stumbled upon some Garlic Mustard along the edge of the trail. For more information on how to identify this wonderful plant, click here. The rich garlic & onion taste is a perfect addition to all kinds of food. Add the leaves to salad, make a pesto, sauté in a stir fry, and so on! Here is a simple recipe using the fresh leaves and a few simple ingredients you can find in the house.

Wild Garlic Mustard Dressing Recipe


1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice of 1 Lemon

1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp Garlic Mustard Leaves, chopped

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 tsp Sea Salt


Combine all the ingredients into a food processor, blend together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy on a fresh green salad, use as a vegetable dip, or even a marinade. Pop it in the refrigerator and use as needed!
